My Oooh My!!!

This has been a rough Fall season. My foot pain is out of control again. :( Not sure what to do next. Next quarter starts in January so at least I have a couple weeks off to rest it.

It's here....

Well, today is the day...Fall quarter is officially on. My first class is this evening. Haven't met the instructor yet. All my other classes are with instructors that I have learned with, so my anxiety level is at a minimum. :) I am already aware of how tough or laid back they will be.

Fall Quarter is upon me.....

Fall quarter starts on the 23rd. I am still trying to recover from the Summer quarter. Grades were not what I aimed for, but I did pass all my courses thus far. :) The upcoming quarter will be the toughest yet. I have classes everyday on campus, no lab classes. It will be interesting to see if I can make it physically. I know I can succeed academically. It's the constant pain that interferes with everything from travel (driving & walking) to sitting to brain function to emotional stability. I continually search for relief from the pain. Not having foot problems previously, I never dreamed my foot could hinder so much. It has created deficits in every aspect of my exsistance.

Only 24 more hours....

By this time tomorrow, I will have completed the Summer quarter. Only two finals left. Then I get a month off. woohoo!!! I am so ready for some time off. My foot is hurting so bad again that I keep dreaming of accidents that chop it off. :( I am having trouble dealing with the constant and stabbing pain. Another teeth broke from all the clenching I've been doing from the pain. That makes 7 now. At this rate I will have full dentures by the time I'm 50. :/ Not happy about that. But what can I do, when the foot pain is so bad I clench and tear up with every step. 

Yikes....

Only two weeks left of summer quarter. Finals have begun for me. I am struggling, but hanging in to the bittersweet end. If I just keep focusing on one quarter at a time, before I know it Graduation will be upon me. :)

Summer quarter is wizzin' by...

This quarter is half over already and I am soooo behind. Between the foot pain and depression I am floundering. I'm sure I will survive though. I was trying to volunteer at a local food bank as well this summer. TOO MUCH!!! :(  Maybe winter quarter will be a better time to do that. By then I will be done with my Accounting classes and will be able to focus on something other than numbers. :) By this time next year I will be graduated if all goes well, or as mom used to say, "God willing & the creek don't rise."
