Another day, another dilemma.....

Today I found out my rent is increasing as of ...oooohhh... yesterday. The owner of the property decided since I got a pell grant check last month I can afford more rent every month. Go figure...Instead of paying 300.00 a month plus all my utilities, he has increased it to 1000.00 plus all utilities.
